Welcome to Sa1gon Nails & Spa!
Please review our salon policies before your visit. These guidelines help us provide a smooth, professional, and relaxing experience for every client.
Gratuities
- Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients.
- We do not accept gratuities on credit cards, gift cards, or checks.
Personal Valuables
- Please arrange your valuable belongings prior to your visit.
- We are not responsible for damaged or lost personal items.
Salon Policies
- Artificial Nails and Gel Manicure services are guaranteed for 3 days after service.
- Please call to schedule with the same technician for fixes in the same color.
- If you change color, a new color-change fee will apply.
- Regular polish services are not guaranteed after 2 days.
Appointment
- To secure your preferred technician, please schedule your next service before leaving the salon.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to remove old gel/acrylic and complete first-visit paperwork.
- Early arrival helps with check-in, color selection, and relaxing before service.
Cancellation Fee
- Please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel.
- If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you may be charged 20% of booked services.
- Unpaid cancellation fees may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Late Arrival
- Late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled service time.
- Late clients are still responsible for full service fees.
